MAS/AMiCUS City-wide REFUELed

August 8, 2018 • in News & Events

The Davao City-wide Movement of Adventist Students under the banner of the Adventist Ministry to Colleges/Universities Students (MAS/AMiCUS) held the acquaintance program dubbed as, #MigoTa. The theme, REFUEL or Reviving Everyone’s Fire Unto Evangelistic Life fired-up the spirituality of the members as they listened to the presentations of a brother of our faith and Hon. Judge Jimmy Boco, on August 4 and 5, 2018 at Bangkal Adventist Church in Bangkal, Davao City.

“Religious freedom is a fundamental right which is entitled to the highest priority and the amplest protection among human rights, for it involves the relationship of man to his Creator,” emphasized Boco. He shared to every Adventist student his rights on religious freedom, and encouraged the youths to stand courageously for their rights and to claim the blessing of Jesus, under the land’s constitution.

The Sabbath afternoon was made more meaningful as Judge Boco entertained all questions from our youths and members of the Bangkal Adventist Church. (By Floyd Bacalso, Communication Leader, Bangkal Adventist Church)
