Regional Adventist Church leaders visit SPAC

February 21, 2021 • in News & Events

Dr. Samuel Saw and Dr. Daryl Gay Atiteo-Tanamal, president and associate treasurer, respectively, of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the southern Asia-pacific region, visited the campus of South Philippine Adventist College yesterday, February 20.

They side-tripped from their appointments at Digos Central Adventist Church, where the Sabbath was celebrated. They wanted to see the school’s latest developments after the series of strong tremors destroyed many of the buildings in December 2019 and January 2020. They were happy to see the fast-paced recovery, as evidenced by the classrooms and the multipurpose gym near completion.

Joining the team were: Pr. Edwin Magdadaro, Davao Mission (DM) president; Lindy Lou Siban-Magdadaro, Marilyn Chipada-Moralde, and Rhoen Catolico, DM department directors.

Dr. Chliejvferwyn Catolico, SPAC president, and Dr. Alevir Pido, VP for Academic Affairs, welcomed the group.

The visit ended with a powerful and meaningful prayer offered to the Lord by Dr. Saw.
