LEaD Conference comes to Davao

Approximately 400 Adventist Church leaders from all over Philippines are expected to crowd the Seventh-day Adventist Church headquarters in Davao on February 16-19, 2014 for the Leadership, Education, and Development or LEaD Conference.

This event is held annually to update and equip leaders of the Adventist institutions and agencies of the Church policies and relevant information.

Should this event be your first time to visit Davao Mission, please follow the instructions below:

If you’re coming by airplane:
Francisco Bangoy International Airport or Davao Airport is approximately 15 minutes away from the Seventh-day Adventist Church headquarters in Davao. Cab or Taxi is the most convenient way of transportation from Davao Airport. As soon as you take your cue in the Taxi lane, inform the driver to take you to Adventist Church headquarters along Palm Drive. Should the driver not able to know the vicinity, inform him/her that the church is near SSS main office. (Other landmarks in this area are BPI Family Bank – Bajada, SaveMore – Bajada, and LandBank – Palm Drive. With this, you are sure to be brought to the headquarters’.

If you’re coming in from Butuan City or Surigao City:
The preferred route is taking the Maharlika Higway then take the Buhanging-Cabantian-Indangan Road. Just before the Buhangin Flyover, take the Orchid Road or Olive Road turn and another turn at Palm Drive. Landmarks include: Honda Motors, Petron Station, and Jollibee Foods.

If you’re coming in from General Santos City or the BuDa route:
Preferred route is also the Maharlika Highway or better known as, Diversion Road. Turn right at the Buhanging-Cabantian-Indangan Road. Just before the Buhangin Flyover, take the Orchid Road or Olive Road turn and another turn at Palm Drive. Landmarks include: Honda Motors, Petron Station, and Jollibee Foods.
