New KBP members take oath

Seventy-nine broadcast practitioners and enthusiasts, who passed the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KPB) Accreditation Exam, administered on September 4, were formally announced during the monthly worker’s meeting of Davao Mission, held at the headquarters’ Conference Hall, along Palm Drive, Bajada, Davao City.

Of the 112 who took the examination, 79 passed the exam, as administered by Ms. Virginia Velasco from the KBP headquarters in Manila.

Rhoen Catolico, Media Manager of the Adventist Church in Davao region, administered the oath, as witnessed by Davao Oriental KBP chairman, Vladimir Undalok and other KBP members. Catolico challenged the new members to be more effective and efficient in the broadcast industry and help the media ministry. Similarly, the new members of KBP accepted the new responsibility and are so eager to on board.

Davao Mission Executive Secretary, Pr. Edwin Magdadaro dedicated the new KBP members through a prayer to the newly-passers of KBP in the region. [Vecente Macalua]
